Laurel joined the Fitzpatrick Team in 2022 to tap into their award-winning strategies: Listing Leverage for sellers and Digital Buyers Consult for buyers – allowing Laurel to provide her clients with the best possible advantage in today’s competitive market. As well as representing buyers and sellers, Laurel offers property management services and hands on help with home renovations and interior design to past and current clients. With our professional expertise and grit, we closed out 2023 with 137 sales, 189 rentals totalling over $88 million in sales. This placed us as #1 RE/MAX Team in Rhode Island and #2 Team across all brands. In addition, as contributors to the Children’s Miracle Network, collectively our agents donated over $3,400 to the foundation. *According to MLS 2023 data. Beyond the sales atmosphere, Laurel is the co-founder of the Four Hearts Foundation whose mission is to rebuild the Turnpike Avenue Playground in Portsmouth, providing a bigger, better, safer and all inclusive age and ability. Laurel also showcases her voice and perspectives as a lifestyle writer for the Aquidneck Living and Newport Neighbors Magazine. When Laurel is not writing or taking care of her son, Guy and her daughter Perri, you can find her helping her husband behind the scenes with his three restaurants across Aquidneck Island.
